Fusion have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition / Resourcer with our client based in Mayo.
Candidate Attraction – Advertising on jobs boards and social media, professional networking sites etc to source in-demand talent.
Candidate Selection – Reviewing applications, shortlisting and screening applicants, advising candidates of the onboarding process
Application Management & Compliance – Processing all applications in line with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures and GDPR, uploading applicants’ details to our recruitment database, ensuring our databases and candidate profiles are up to date.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good computer skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work quickly and effectively while not compromising on quality
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
