Role & Duties
- Candidate attraction – sourcing talented professionals through the existing database, social media, and advertising.
- Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation, and interview preparation.
- Developing and delivering end to end professional service solutions
- End to end management of recruitment process
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
